Everyday in society today, we go online, do our banking online, submit applications online and more. But have you ever stopped to think about just how easy it is for someone to access your information.
Let me give you a couple of examples;
First a truck driver who had his identity stolen by a legitimate, well what he thought was a legitimate job offer. Could you imagine being away from your family for weeks at a time and then finding out that someone has taken your identity and broke the law?
Second: What happens when you go online order checks and you never received them, then all of the sudden you have charges on your account that you know you did not make, and because of technology today with electronic checks you have no actual check just the electronic charges. Do you have a bank that will be willing to help you and get back your money, or do you have to fight for it.
